Titanium Finishing Company was originally formed in 1970 by Melvin Faul, with the support of his wife Rae, to provide proprietary titanium anodize processes. Since then, TFC has selectively expanded its capabilities to meet other special metal finishing needs of the market niches it served. As the coatings provided were found to perform successfully in more and more demanding aerospace and medical applications, their uses have naturally spun off into other industries.
